“Beautiful place, stunning view, fairy garden!”

This is the kind of places I really like to stay at when I am in India. Usually hotel rooms in the big/medium cities are something very depressive…but resorts, sometimes are so unexpectedly good and regenerating. Here you have cottage-rooms with a magiacal view of the greenery and the sea on the background.

Gokarna was a revelation. Gorgeous, clean and relatively uncrowded beaches where one can laze around in company of beer, half-decent but fresh seafood, breeze and sun. My swimmer friend obviously loved it, but so did I. And the om beach resort is the perfect base for Gokarna, The resort has very large cottage rooms (each has a bedroom, a living room and a large bathroom with a large bath-tub) with clean, linen and upholstery.

I had stayed for 2 days at Om Beach Resort with my family. We went just at the end of the season, Overall experience was excellent.

The location and ambiance of Resort – Nicely located on the hills of Gokarna. Very much isolated from the village, which is just 1km from this place. Very well maintained landscaping with view of hills. Note that this is not on Om Beach. Om beach is 5km from this place and Gokarna beach is 2km. You get a remote view of sea from here.

Spacious Rooms – Resort has 4 clusters of 3 suites each. Every cluster has two suites in front and one in back. The front suites have good seating area. We stayed in front two suites with an excellent view. The suites has one living room, a bedroom and bath – quite spacious.

Food – Delicious fish (King Fish Rava Fry and Masala Fry)

I would still recommend this place to people who love nature.

“Ayurveda at its best”

This is one property where you find foreigners more than Indians. Nice comfortable and pristine. The food is good and nutritious. The spa which you bok yourself should be one of relaxation and rejuvination. We were accompanied by yester years famous actor Mr. Suresh Oberoi (father of Vivek Oberoi) who was planning a fortnight stay to rejuvinate and detox. Beach @ distance of 1 km from the property makes it a good walk post meals.

“Loved it!!!”

I was at gokarna over the weekend, and i had a great time! The resort was very nice and peaceful. The location is great as you get to have the chance of experiencing both the beach and the mountains! The rooms were very spacious and clean, and not to forget the bathroom was also very spacious. I had a very comfortable stay, and the resort staff were nice. Gokarna is slightly isolated so it made me feel very safe as well! Gokarna is a beautiful place, i can not describe it in words, but must visit!!
